So Alone

Jessica made Christmas cards for the hospital staff. One of the custodial ladies came in to clean a few days after Christmas, and Jessica signed her husband to ask the lady if she had gotten a card. The lady smiled and said, "Oh yes, it is the only card I have gotten. It is precious to me. I laminated it and put it on my dresser. It is so precious to me." This lady's husband died several years ago in this hospital after ten months of being here. She now works for the hospital but she is very alone. She is a Christian who yearns for the connection with other Believers who are encouraging. Please pray that she continues to be encouraged and finds some good Christians who will love her and fellowship with her.
